FRANKLIN REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT SEWER SYSTEM REPAIR
The repair of Franklin Regional School District H.S. existing sanitary sewer system. Pre-jetting/cleaning and CCTV of system. The installation of 200’ of 6” and 2,100’ of 8” NovaForm Expand in Place PVC Liner with lateral reinstatements with LMK T-Liner installs. The system also required the installation of 258’ of 6” CIPP and 30’ of CIPP 8” lining. Along with 232’ of 8” pipe bursting. Restoration involved concrete slab repair, lawn restoration and asphalt paving restoration. Post CCTV was performed and supplied to the school district.
WESTOWN TOWNSHIP SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM REPAIR
The repair of Westtown Township’s existing sanitary sewer system. The pre-cleaning via high pressure jet and CCTV of both 8” and 10” sewer lines transversing through private property along stream and wetland areas. Then the installation of NovaForm Expand in Place PVC Liner with property owner’s sanitary sewer laterals reinstated utilizing robotic cutting and installation of LMK CIPP T-LINERS making connection from sewer lateral to newly lined mainline. Post CCTV supplied to engineering firm and authority.
CROOKED RUN AND DOUBLE TOLLGATE PUMP STATIONS AND FORCE MAINS
Crooked Run Pump Station and Force Main: Convert the existing Crooked Run Wastewater Treatment Plant into the Crooked Run Wastewater Pump Station. Work includes converting an existing sludge holding basin into a pump station wetwell, providing a suction lift pump station in a pre-cast concrete building with supporting electrical, mechanical and control work. Work includes providing multiple vaults and buried utility relocations for force mains, flow meters and comminutors at the Crooked Run Wastewater Treatment Plant Site. Work includes abandoning and decommissioning the existing Crooked Run Wastewater Treatment Plant. Work includes providing approximately 35,600 linear feet of 10-inch and 12-inch force main including multiple bore and jack and direction drill road crossings.
Double Tollgate Pump Station and Force Main: Construct a new pump station and force main to serve the Double Tollgate region of Clarke County. Work includes providing a suction lift pump station in a pre-cast concrete building with supporting electrical, mechanical and control work. Work includes providing a flow meter and comminutor at the Double Tollgate Pump Station Site. Work includes providing approximately 2,400 linear feet of 6-inch force main including a bore and jack road crossing.
